unity is a main goal in creating this both Caribbean flavours and the spices from the Mother land. This is not fusion, rather introdicing many to the options of boith places. Join us to discover some great new dishes that have never been offered on our island. The spices are unique, the flavours are bold and not too spicy. We can make for any pallete.

House made Raviolis filled with either Caribbean Lobster or local Oxtail, Cayman Style Beef, Curry Goat, Fresh Tuna Tartar and local Bread fruit Gnocchi
to Swahili Fish Stew, Jollof rice, Bajia, Somasas, Kuku Paka, Zimbabwe Dovi & Sadza and many more!
We also will have fresh catch of the day and weekly specials.

By partnering with Local fisherman and farmers, we aim to create classic favorites that celebratethe rich flavours of our region, as well as from Africa, while also introducing inovative twists that will surprise and delight your palate.

Don't worry we are keeping a bit of our old passion, which is our pizza oven and fresh classic and gourmet pizzas. Still made with our loved 00 flour crust and cheese from Italy as well as fresh toppings
Sunday Lunch at Kalabash
We are happy to announce that we will be open on Sundays for an ala Carte lunch. Check regularly for different themed lunches from around the Caribbean and Africa i.e. Trinidad, Jamaican or Kenyan style menus. We will be doing at least one themed luncheon a month.
